Ask For Help
Finding the Courage
Goal
Acknowledging when you need help can give you the courage to reach out to a trusted family member or friend for support. Such as “I feel cold” or “I don’t feel like going outside. It’s cold out”.
[Tip]: Do not be afraid to ask for help with an errand or task you may need assistance with. Example: Can you please help me with my jacket?
Why is this important?

Having the support of another adult may improve your outlook and make life’s struggles feel a little less stressful. Things tend to be better when you share them or do them with others.
